Job summary

KinFitz & Co. in Riyadh seeks an SDR to join a KSA-based fintech startup at the ground floor. This is the first SDR hire, with direct line to the enterprise sales team and real room to grow as the business expands in KSA and beyond.

You will run outbound prospecting across LinkedIn, email and phone to generate qualified meetings with e-commerce and retail brands, and align pipeline with GTM strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales and prospecting is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• Hunger and drive to build a career in a fast-moving startup.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound prospecting across LinkedIn, email and phone to generate qualified meetings for enterprise sales.
• Target a curated list of KSA e-commerce and retail brands.
• Research accounts, identify contacts and craft tailored outreach.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align pipeline activity with GTM strategy.
• Track activity and pipeline in the CRM.
