Job summary

Signify seeks a Sales Support professional to back the sales team, coordinating documentation, proposals, and quotations, ensuring materials are accurate and professional.

You will collaborate across internal teams, manage CRM data, prepare regular reports and dashboards, and support the integrity of commercial information across ICON, CPQ, SAP, and SAP C4C, while upholding confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 0–2 years in sales support or customer-service roles.
• Hands-on CRM, sales reporting, and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team with customer documentation, proposals, and quotations.
• Coordinate meetings, reviews, and customer interactions; track opportunities and tenders.
• Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline summaries, and dashboards.
• Coordinate communication between sales and other departments.
• Monitor requests, quotation activity, and service responsiveness.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of commercial information.
• Manage information in ICON, CPQ, SAP, and SAP C4C as applicable.
• Own the Due Diligence Process (DDPs) where required.
