Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh, within the Commercial Department, seeks an Assistant Director of Sales - Government to build the annual government sales plan and drive execution with the Sales Team to hit targets and company goals.

You will lead day-to-day sales activities, foster long-term, value-based relationships with government clients, and ensure adherence to corporate policies while working with Regional Offices.

Qualifications

• Experience in government sales or public sector partnerships.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and growth.
• Ability to lead and mentor a sales team toward KPI attainment.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams on campaigns or bids.

Responsibilities

• Build the annual government sales plan and lead execution with the Sales Team to hit targets.
• Lead day-to-day activities related to government sales and customer relationships.
• Develop long-term, value-based relationships with government clients to achieve targets.
