Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh is seeking a Director of Finance to supervise the Finance & Purchasing Department, implement robust internal controls, and coordinate with Corporate MOHG finance and Owners. The role reports to the General Manager and drives the hotel’s financial governance.

You will ensure budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with local regulations while safeguarding information and assets across the hotel. This is a leadership role within a luxury property in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Lead the Finance & Purchasing Department and oversee internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with the hotel management contract and local laws.
• Protect guest and colleague data and maintain information security.

Responsibilities

• Direct, manage and support the development, implementation, maintenance and administration of all financial controls and accounting procedures.
• Play an active role in hotel management and respond to the needs of the General Manager and the management team.
• Identify and regularly review information classifications with the department.
• Secure information assets and ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability.
