Job summary

think is seeking an Accounts Manager, Government in Riyadh to own the full cycle of public sector accounts, from first meeting to signed contract and expansion. You will navigate procurement frameworks, tenders and compliance with timelines, while building relationships across technical, procurement and executive layers.

Fluent in Arabic and English, you will close multi-stakeholder deals and bring credibility in technical discussions without being an engineer, reporting to the Commercial team

Qualifications

• Six years or more selling technology into government or the public sector in the Kingdom.
• A track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals through formal procurement.
• Credibility in a technical conversation without being the engineer.
• Fluent Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on public sector accounts, from first meeting to signed contract to expansion.
• Navigate procurement: frameworks, tenders, compliance requirements and the timelines that come with them.
• Build relationships across technical, procurement and executive layers of an institution.
• Own RFP and tender responses with the solutions architect.
• Forecast accurately, including when the answer is that a deal will slip.
