Job summary

Wood is seeking a Lead Quality & Inspection Plant professional to support our Projects business in Ar Rjum, KSA. The role focuses on leading quality across the organization, implementing the Wood Business Management System, and driving improvements through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications include a Lead Auditor credential, a degree in quality management, and extensive experience (10+ years).

Qualifications

Degree/diploma in Quality management or related discipline.
Lead Auditor qualification by a recognized industry body (essential).
Membership of CQI/ASQ or PMI is desirable.
Formal training in recognized root cause analysis techniques (essential).

Responsibilities

Support management of all quality aspects across the organization and services.
Engage stakeholders to promote quality management and gather performance feedback.
Assist planning and allocation of resources to deliver objectives and deliverables.
Implement Wood BMS and ensure compliance; facilitate external certification as appropriate.
Ensure consistent quality support through NCRs, improvement actions, and lessons learned.
