Job summary

Wood is seeking a Lead Quality & Inspection Plant to support the Maaden Projects in Medina, overseeing all quality activities across the site and supply chain. You will drive risk-based assurance plans, implement the Wood BMS, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliant, first-time delivery of products and services.

The role requires extensive experience in quality management, ISO 9001 knowledge, and strong data analysis, with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Degree or local equivalent in quality management or related discipline.
• Lead Auditor qualification by a recognized industry body (essential).
• CQI/ASQ membership (desirable).
• Formal training in recognized root cause analysis techniques (essential).

Responsibilities

• Support management of all quality aspects across the organization.

• Plan and allocate resources including people and budgets for objectives and deliverables.
• Implement Wood BMS and ensure its effective application and compliance.
• Facilitate external BMS certification as appropriate.

• Plan risk-based assurance and report delivery performance to leaders.
• Support Supply Chain quality to ensure first-time delivery of products and services.

Wood is currently looking for Lead Quality amp Inspection Plant to support our Projects business Ma aden is executing a strategic project to develop a new gold mine and processing facility in alignment with the Kingdom s Vision 2030 and Ma aden s 2040 Strategic Objectives Located in Ar Rjum KSA

Responsibilities

• Supporting the management of all aspects of Quality across the breadth of their respective organization and the services we provide Identification and regular engagement with key stakeholders to promote quality management and gather feedback on performance
• Support the effective planning and allocation of resources including people and budgets enabling the delivery of agreed objectives and deliverables
• Implementing the Wood Business Management System BMS across their organization ensuring that its application is effective and that compliance with the system is routinely monitored assessed and improved as necessary
• Facilitate external BMS certification as appropriate
• Ensuring consistent and effective implementation of Quality supporting systems across their organization e g NCR improvement actions lessons learned etc
• Supporting tenders and proposal activities for their organizationPlanning and execution of risk-based assurance plans including the escalation of significant findings to program project leaders
• Monitoring and analysis of delivery performance data regularly reporting themes and trends to senior leaders and undertaking intervention as required
• Ensuring quality support through Supply Chain processes to ensure the right first-time delivery of products and services
• Gathering and acting upon customer feedback ensuring action is taken to maintain and improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma or local equivalent in Quality management, project management, or related discipline
• Lead Auditor qualification by a recognized industry body (essential)
• Membership of CQI/ASQ Quality organizations, Project Management Institute or equivalent (desirable)
• Formal training in recognized root cause analysis techniques (essential)

Knowledge, skills, and experience

• 10+ years of relevant experience (preferably in the associated industry)
• Comprehensive understanding of industry standards (ISO 9001)
• Proficient in the analysis of processes and data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High Level of communication skills in both written and spoken format
• Proficient in the use of continuous improvement tools and techniques
