Radiant Hospitality Company in Riyadh is seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead a premium, chef-led French restaurant. You will own guest experience, operations, team and financial performance, reporting to the Operations Director and ownership.

This is a hands-on, guest-facing leadership role on-site to deliver a premium experience. Minimum 8 years in restaurant operations, with at least 3 years as GM of a premium or fine-dining venue, and P&L ownership of SAR 20 million+; GCC

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in restaurant operations with 3+ years as General Manager of a premium or fine-dining venue.
• P&L ownership of a venue with SAR 20 million+ annual revenue or equivalent.
• GCC experience preferred; Saudi experience advantageous.
• Strong budget, forecasting, cost control and reporting discipline.
• Fluent English and French; Arabic an advantage.
• Hands-on leader who develops high-performing teams and maintains premium standards.
• Right to work in Saudi Arabia or eligibility with employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Set and uphold service standards across all touchpoints from reservation to departure.
• Lead from the floor during service and engage VIPs and regulars.
• Own guest feedback, resolve complaints, and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house in partnership with Head Chef.
• Manage reservations, seating strategy, private dining, and events.
• Ensure compliance with KSA regulations, licensing, health and safety, and labour law.
• Control costs, manage purchasing, stock, wastage, and supplier relationships.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain a high-performing multinational team.
• Drive revenue, margin and EBITDA targets; deliver weekly/monthly reports.
