Job summary

Siemens Energy in Jeddah seeks an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to partner with business leaders across the Middle East and internationally. You will review contracts, advise on large-scale project delivery, product areas, service agreements, and procurement within the Grid Technologies business, supporting energy transition in the region.

You will lead contract negotiations, risk assessment, and provide pragmatic legal advice to enable business while maintaining integrity.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in a legal department or law firm.
• Experience with international projects and cross-border contracts.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and international contract practice; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice.
• Lead contract negotiations for international projects within Grid Technologies.
• Manage risk, compliance, and dispute strategies; engage external counsel as needed.
• Support standardization and digitalization of contracts; educate stakeholders.
