Job summary

Scale is seeking an Engagement Manager for the Global Public Sector team in the Riyadh region. You will establish deep customer relationships, identify opportunities to create custom AI applications for government, and oversee execution to ensure timely delivery while coordinating with research institutions and go-to-market teams.

You will collaborate with business development, product and engineering teams to ensure success, maintain a value-driven mindset, and drive long-term partnerships

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of total work experience in consulting or as a technical program management role
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic
• Experience at a consulting firm or a leading tech company
• Proven track record in B2B/B2G client-facing roles and expanding client relationships
• Ability to understand APIs and the ML training lifecycle and build relationships with technical customers

Responsibilities

• Drive identification of high-value use cases for custom LLMs with government entities
• Partner with clients to understand problems and propose Scale solutions
• Manage long-term health of client relationships and mitigate risks
• Serve as main point-of-contact for clients and triage questions or issues
• Collaborate with operations and engineering to track delivery and timelines
• Review and drive continuous improvement of operational performance
• Brainstorm with premier research institutions on Arabic LLMs and testing ideas
