Job summary

Scale is seeking an Engagement Manager to drive relationships with government clients and oversee delivery of custom AI solutions. You will identify high-value use cases, coordinate with product and engineering teams, and proactively manage risks to ensure on-time execution.

Fluency in English and Arabic, strong consulting or tech background, and experience in B2G client engagements are preferred as you help Scale expand internationally and responsibly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7+ years in a role related to consulting or technical program management.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, written and spoken.
• Experience with B2B/B2G client-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value use cases for custom LLMs for government entities.
• Collaborate with clients to understand problems and propose Scale solutions.
• Manage long-term client health by identifying risks.
• Be primary client contact and triage inquiries.
• Coordinate with operations and engineering to track delivery and timelines.
• Review and improve operational performance with a data-driven approach.
• Brainstorm with research institutions on Arabic LLMs and testing ideas.
