Scale is seeking an Engagement Manager for the Global Public Sector to cultivate deep client relationships and identify opportunities to build custom AI applications for government entities. You will oversee delivery, coordinate with research and engineering teams, and drive strategic conversations with premier institutions.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of total work experience in consulting or a technical program management role.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Experience at a consulting firm or a leading tech company.
• Proven track record in B2B/B2G client facing roles and expanding client relationships.
• Ability to understand APIs and the ML training lifecycle and build relationships with technical customers.
• Cross-functional collaboration and strong communications.
• Structured, analytics-driven problem solving.
• Organizational skills across multiple work streams.
• Action-oriented mindset with results delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive the process of identifying high-value use cases for custom LLMs in government entities.
• Partner with clients to understand their problems and brainstorm Scale-supported solutions.
• Manage long-term client health by identifying risks and addressing concerns.
• Be the main point of contact for clients and triage questions and issues.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering to track delivery and timelines.
• Review and improve operational performance with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Brainstorm with premier research institutions building Arabic LLMs on Scale support and testing ideas.
