Job summary

Salehiya Healthcare is seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to oversee the company's sourcing of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and related services. You will develop strategy, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with FDA and local health authorities to maintain quality and cost effectiveness.

You will lead cross-functional teams, implement ERP-driven procurement processes, and drive cost optimizations while aligning with budget and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in supply chain, logistics or business administration.
• 8–12 years procurement experience with at least 4 years in management.
• Strong data-driven cost-savings capability and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement company-wide sourcing strategies aligned with financial targets.
• Lead sourcing and procurement activities with internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and letters of intent to secure favorable terms.
• Identify cost-optimization opportunities and reduce total cost of ownership.
• Build and maintain a strong supplier base and monitor performance.
• Implement procurement tech (ERP) to streamline workflows.
