Amazon in Saudi Arabia is seeking motivated HR Generalist Interns to help shape the future of our global workforce. This placement offers hands-on exposure to employee relations, training, compensation, and workforce analytics within a fast-paced, customer-centric culture.

You will work with mentors, develop core HR competencies, and gain experience across HR functions while applying data-driven problem solving. The internship runs 3 to 6 months, full-time, with start dates flexible across 2027.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking and communication skills are required.
• Ability to apply data-driven problem solving in HR contexts.
• Demonstrated interest in human resources and workplace analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon’s operations.
• Assist with internal communication across countries for collaboration.
• Help develop training plans and materials for teams’ development.
• Learn HR functions across Amazon and stay updated on best practices.
• Provide support to employees on attendance, engagement, compensation, and HR inquiries.
• Assist HR teams with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Participate in process reviews to identify simplification opportunities.
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with goals.
