Job summary

Amazon Inc. seeks motivated HR Generalist Interns to shape the future of our global workforce. You will gain hands-on experience across employee relations, training, compensation, and analytics while learning from industry-leading HR professionals.

You’ll develop core HR competencies under mentorship within Amazon’s culture of ownership and excellence, working on meaningful projects that impact employees and business success.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or will graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in 2027–2028.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Available to start internship in 2027 for 3–6 months full-time.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon’s fast-paced operations.
• Assist internal communications to align teams across countries.
• Help develop training plans and materials for various teams.
• Learn HR functions across the organization and stay updated on best practices.
• Support employees on attendance, engagement, compensation and HR matters.
• Assist HR teams with day-to-day operations and admin tasks.
• Participate in process reviews to identify improvements and automation.
• Compile personnel statistics, reports and evaluations for decision-making.
• Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with goals.
