Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company, based in Saudi Arabia, seeks a Senior Director – Distribution to lead the design and execution of an integrated distribution strategy across all sales channels. You will drive channel expansion, partnerships, and technology enablement to maximize demand, conversion, and revenue growth for Qiddiya’s tourism products.

Qualifications

Minimum 12-14 years of experience in Distribution, Commercial Operations, Revenue Management, Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Technology, or related sectors.
Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role with responsibility for distribution strategy and commercial performance.

Responsibilities

Define and execute long-term distribution strategy aligned with visitation, revenue, and growth.
Lead expansion and management of global distribution network and key partnerships.
Oversee negotiations for major distribution agreements and annual business plans.
Own distribution revenue performance and optimize pricing, inventory, and channel mix.
Define digital distribution roadmap and oversee CMS, CRS, booking platforms and GDS integrations.
Establish governance, reporting dashboards and insights for executive leadership.
Build and develop a high-performing distribution organization with a culture of excellence.
