Job summary

ATCO Marine Services is seeking a Senior Crewing Officer to lead recruitment, crewing and mobilization across the fleet from the Dammam Head Office. You will manage the full crewing cycle, source seafarers, arrange visas and travel, and ensure compliance with flag state and client requirements while coordinating with agents, vessels, clients including Aramco, and internal teams.

The role demands strong organizational and communication skills with at least five years in marine crewing, knowledge

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in a marine company, with crewing focus.
Position is available to Saudi Nationals only.
Strong knowledge of marine crewing, seafarer certification, and flag state documentation.
Experience processing visas and immigration requirements for KSA and GCC.
Familiarity with Aramco or client approval and compliance processes is an advantage.
Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Recruitment: identify staffing needs, post vacancies, coordinate with agents, shortlist CVs, interview, verify documents, negotiate terms, obtain approvals.
Crewing & Logistics: arrange crew sign-on/off, process visas for KSA/UAE/Oman, book travel, prepare travel docs, maintain vessel comms.
Operations & Administration: coordinate CV submissions with Aramco, propose candidates for approvals, prepare documentation, instruct vessels and staff, manage payroll support.
