Soar is seeking a results-driven General Manager – Saudi Arabia to translate strategy into measurable commercial and operational outcomes. You will lead day-to-day operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in operations or general management within fintech or financial services, with strong partnerships and leadership capabilities. Arabic and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in operations, commercial management, or general management.
• Experience in fintech, banking, financial services, or real estate finance.
• Proven track record turning strategy into measurable results.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations in Saudi Arabia with efficient execution of plans.
• Translate strategy into operational plans, milestones, and KPIs.
• Establish workflows, accountability structures, and performance monitoring.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Drive customer acquisition, transaction growth, and commercial targets.
• Develop partnerships with banks, investors, developers, and brokers.
• Lead negotiations and partnership execution within authority.
• Coordinate with CEO and treasury teams on funding partnerships.
• Ensure activities comply with licenses and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver regular performance reports and forecasts to the CEO.
