Job summary

Auxo Talent is seeking a senior Financial Services consulting leader to drive growth in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building C-suite relationships across banks, insurers, fintechs, payment providers and regulators, while guiding strategic and large-scale business transformations.

You will lead business development, shape transformation roadmaps, and mobilize international expertise to strengthen Auxo Talent's market position and develop the local consulting team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Financial Services consulting, strategy or business transformation.
• Strong network across banks, regulators and fintechs in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record in C-suite advisory, consulting sales and business development.
• Experience shaping and winning large-scale transformation engagements.
• Knowledge of AI, data, digital banking and emerging fintechs.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organisation.
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred.

Job description

Our client is seeking a senior Financial Services consulting leader to drive the growth and development of the consulting business in Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on building C-suite relationships across banks, insurance companies, fintechs, payment providers and regulators, while advising clients on strategic and large-scale business transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will lead business development and complex consulting pursuits, shape transformation strategies and execution roadmaps, and identify opportunities across digital banking, AI, Generative AI, Data & Analytics, risk, compliance and operating model modernisation. Acting as the key link between Saudi clients and global Financial Services capabilities, the role will mobilise international expertise, strengthen the company’s market position, and support the development of the local consulting team.

Key Requirements

• Extensive experience in Financial Services consulting, strategy or business transformation.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi financial services market and an established network across banks, regulators and fintechs.
• Proven track record in C-suite advisory, consulting sales and business development.
• Experience shaping and winning complex, large-scale transformation engagements.
