Job summary

Golden Elite catering services in Riyadh invites applications for a General Accountant on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting and 3–5 years of experience, with fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with ZATCA regulations.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Process employee expense claims and petty cash transactions.
• Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
• Utilize Odoo ERP to process accounting transactions and generate financial reports.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with other departments on financial and operational matters.
