Job summary

Igate in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team onsite. The candidate will handle day-to-day accounting, maintain records, and support financial reporting.

We require 2–3 years of accounting experience; ACCA is encouraged, with part-qualified ACCA also welcome. Experience with Odoo is preferred, and applicants should be able to work independently within a team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• ACCA qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Part-qualified ACCA candidates may also apply.
• Candidates with prior experience using Odoo Accounting Software will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Willingness to work onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
• Prepare and review financial reports and statements.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
• Assist with monthly and year-end closing processes. Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounting and finance matters.
• Support management with financial information and reporting when required.
