Job summary

Mina Excellence in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting using Odoo ERP, perform reconciliations, month-end closing, and prepare financial statements.

You will handle VAT/ZATCA compliance, tax invoices, and audit support, with advanced Excel skills and IFRS knowledge to ensure accurate reporting. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance with 3+ years in Saudi Arabia required, SOCPA registration is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven, hands-on accounting experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Odoo ERP experience in accounting/finance.
• IFRS certification with strong accounting knowledge.
• Strong experience in GL, AP, AR and financial reporting.
• SOCPA registration/membership is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with formulas and pivots.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven, hands‑on Odoo ERP experience in accounting/finance — mandatory with no exception.
  
• IFRS certification with strong knowledge of accounting principles.
  
• Strong experience in GL, AP, AR, accounts finalization, and financial reporting.
  
• Expert-level experience in complex customer, vendor, and bank reconciliations.
  
• Strong knowledge of VAT, ZATCA requirements, VAT reporting, and Saudi tax invoices.
  
• Experience supporting month-end/year-end closing and audits.
  
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, lookups, and reconciliation analysis.
  
• Ability to independently analyze and resolve complex accounting discrepancies.
  
• All relevant academic and professional certificates must be verifiable.
  
• SOCPA registration/membership is an added advantage.
