Voltech HR Services (VHRS) seeks an experienced Accountant for a 3-year contract in Saudi Arabia. The role oversees VAT/GAZT compliance, manages AR/AP, and maintains accounting records in Odoo. Joining is by virtual interview, with work visa support and client-provided accommodation and transport.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience, a finance/accounting degree, and strong reporting skills to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience in a corporate setup.
• Strong knowledge of VAT/GAZT regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience with financial reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial activities and ensure compliance with local regulations including VAT/GAZT.
• Prepare monthly revenue forecasts and payment plans.
• Prepare operational cash flow reports.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Issue customer invoices promptly with Sales Team support.
• Process supplier payments and ensure timely settlements.
• Maintain accurate financial records in Odoo.
• Prepare monthly reports for management.
• Monitor AR aging and overdue balances.
• Follow up with customers on overdue payments with Sales Team coordination.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of day-to-day accounting activities.

JOB DESCRIPTION / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
