Job summary

ByteDance's BytePlus team in Riyadh invites a seasoned B2B sales professional to join a 12-month assignment managed by a third-party agency. You will build a sustainable regional pipeline, expand BytePlus across the MENA region, and sell consultatively with multiple stakeholders.

You will own the end-to-end sales process, execute go-to-market strategies, and drive revenue growth while ensuring seamless onboarding and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years B2B sales experience.
• Strong problem solving and market entry skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
• Fluency in English; Arabic desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish a sustainable pipeline and expand BytePlus across MENA.
• Maintain key customer relationships and drive new logo adoption.
• Execute Go-to-Market strategy and drive revenue growth.
• Lead demand generation and own the end-to-end sales process.
• Report on sales activities and ensure customer onboarding and adoption.
