ByteDance seeks a dynamic Senior Business Development professional to build and manage a robust partner ecosystem for BytePlus solutions. You will recruit agencies, SIs, and cloud providers, enabling them to sell effectively into enterprise and public-sector accounts.

Responsibilities include driving co-selling initiatives, positioning ByteDance AI models as scalable alternatives, and owning pipeline growth across channels and markets.

Qualificações

• Proven track record in B2B technology sales, partnership development, or channel management.
• Understanding of AI, digital media, or cloud solutions; GenAI experience is a plus.
• Ability to influence stakeholders within ecosystem-driven sales models.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Ecosystem Development: build and manage a network of channel partners and alliances.
• Partner Onboarding & Enablement: recruit and empower partners to sell BytePlus solutions.
• Collaborative Revenue Growth: lead co-selling with partners into enterprise accounts.
• Market-Leading Solution Positioning: position ByteDance AI models as cost-effective alternatives.
• Pipeline & Performance Ownership: own pipeline creation and revenue growth.
