Job summary

BytePlus and ByteDance are seeking a Senior Partnerships Lead to grow our partner ecosystem in the Gulf/MENA region. You will build and manage a network of channel partners, resellers, SIs, agencies, and cloud providers to scale AI image and video solutions.

You will recruit, onboard, enable, and manage performance, collaborate with internal teams to co-sell, and own pipeline and revenue growth, while representing ByteDance at partner events and executive meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B technology sales and partnerships.
• Ability to recruit and enable new partners across ecosystems.
• Strong communication with stakeholder management and deal structuring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a high-performing partner network to drive AI image and video solutions.
• Onboard, enable, and motivate partners including SIs, agencies, and cloud providers.
• Lead co-selling and revenue growth with partners into enterprise and public sector.
• Position ByteDance AI models as scalable solutions within partner ecosystems.
• Track KPIs, MDF usage, and revenue contributions; represent at events and QBRs.
• Collaborate with sales/pre-sales to close partner-sourced opportunities.
