Talent Specialist Limited (TSL) seeks a Business Development Manager for AI Data Centre Infrastructure to drive GCC market expansion. You will build strategic relationships with hyperscalers, data centre operators, EPCs, investors, and key stakeholders, guiding opportunities from prospecting to contracts.

The role requires 5–8+ years in data centres or power infrastructure, fluent English, and strong negotiation skills in a dynamic, international environment with competitive SAR compensation.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years in data centres or power infrastructure business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English; Arabic and/or Mandarin language skills would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the GCC data centre and AI infrastructure market.
• Lead commercial discussions, proposals, contract negotiations, and partnership agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with hyperscalers, colocation providers, EPCs, consultants, investors, and strategic partners.
• Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
