You will engage senior stakeholders, develop value-driven AI initiatives, and craft operating models, governance, and adoption roadmaps that deliver measurable outcomes.

This highly visible, hybrid role requires a proactive mindset to shape regional AI offerings and drive client impact through workshops, ROI models, and robust business cases.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in consulting or related client-facing roles.
• Experience shaping or delivering AI, ML, generative AI, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel across the Middle East and Africa.

Responsibilities

• Identify, shape, and accelerate AI transformation opportunities for energy clients.
• Engage senior stakeholders to define value-driven AI initiatives and adoption roadmaps.
• Develop strategies, operating models, governance frameworks, and ROI models.
• Lead workshops, create business cases, proposals, and proof-of-concept plans.
• Collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams, and ecosystem partners to turn challenges into AI solutions.
