Job summary

A leading international contractor delivering hyperscale data centre projects across the GCC is seeking an experienced Design Manager to join its mission-critical division.

You will lead design management and coordination of large-scale data centre schemes, working with internal engineering teams, consultants, clients, subcontractors and construction teams, from pre-construction through delivery. Relocation to the GCC is welcomed, with opportunities across Europe, UK, APAC, USA and other markets.

Qualifications

• Currently working on a live data centre project.
• Strong design management and multidisciplinary coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating CSA and MEP design packages.
• Ability to manage the design process from pre-construction through delivery.
• Degree qualified in Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline preferred.
• Main contracting experience highly advantageous.

We are currently working with a leading international contractor delivering major hyperscale data centre projects across the GCC.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured projects, they are looking to appoint experienced Design Managers to join their mission-critical division.

The Role:

You will take responsibility for the design management and coordination of large-scale data centre projects, working closely with internal engineering teams, consultants, clients, subcontractors and construction teams.

• Currently working on a live data centre project
• Strong design management and multidisciplinary coordination experience
