Job summary

Confidential in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Division Manager to lead and grow its Data Center business, focusing on hyperscale and mission-critical projects. You will own the complete business cycle—from client relationships and tendering to delivery, profitability, and long-term growth.

You will build a high-performance leadership team across BD, tendering, engineering, procurement, operations, and commercial functions, driving P&L, budgets, and strategic partnerships with hyperscalers

Qualifications

• Senior executive / CEO / Business Unit Head / Managing Director experience in data center or mission-critical org.
• Strong experience in hyperscale data centers, cloud data centers or colocation facilities.
• Proven ability to win data center projects through client relationships, tendering and negotiations.
• Practical experience overseeing full project execution from award to testing and handover.
• Knowledge of data center systems: electrical power, substations, cooling, HVAC, BMS/DCIM, ICT/ELV, life-safety.
• Experience managing large project values, P&L, revenue growth, budgets and profitability.
• Executive network with hyperscalers, cloud providers, colocation operators, developers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Data Center strategy, growth plan, and market expansion.
• Build relationships with hyperscale clients, cloud providers, and key stakeholders.
• Lead business development to identify opportunities, meet clients, and win projects.
• Oversee tendering: bid strategy, requirements, proposals, pricing, risk, negotiations, award.
• Ensure delivery of EPC/Design-Build projects from design to handover.
• Lead delivery teams to ensure safety, quality, cost control and profitability.
• Own P&L, revenue targets, budgets, forecasting and cash flow.
• Build a strong leadership team across BD, tendering, engineering, procurement, ops, and commercial.
• Identify new markets, partnerships, JV opportunities, and new services.
• Represent the company in client meetings, events, and high-level discussions.
