Job summary

Saudi Aramco seeks a Planning & Performance Management Analyst in its Gas Planning & Performance Management Dept (Gas PPMD). You will lead KPI development, dashboards, and budgeting, coordinating forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, MIS, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in planning or performance management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
• Ability to develop complex dashboards and reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CMA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Lead collection, analysis, and interpretation of large datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Planning and Budgeting: Lead development of annual plans and budgets, including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Reporting and Visualization: Create complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations for senior stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand requirements and provide PM support.
• Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct complex ad-hoc analysis and provide data-driven insights.
• Financial Analysis: Perform advanced financial analysis, including modeling and forecasting.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and propose recommendations.
