Job summary

Saudi Aramco is seeking a Senior Planning & Performance Management Advisor to join the Downstream Finance division. You will lead planning, performance analytics, and reporting including business plans, accountability, and quarterly reviews, interfacing with Planning & Performance Management teams globally.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business (Accountancy or Finance), 9+ years in oil and gas planning, and professional certifications (CPA/CMA/CFA).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Accountancy or Finance) from a recognized university; professional certification (CPA/CMA/CFA) is desirable.
Nine years of relevant experience in planning & performance management within the oil and gas sector.
Excellent command of oral and written English, with demonstrated ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic business partner, driving end-to-end process improvement, cost optimization initiatives, and value creation across organizations.
Serve as a trusted advisor in financial matters to enable informed decision-making.
Lead high-impact research and special studies to address evolving business challenges and strategic direction.
Plan and execute planning and performance management analytics under the supervision of senior P&PM staff.
Coordinate data collection and consolidation for business plans, accountability reports, quarterly reviews, MIS and ad-hoc reports for management.
Provide supervision, coordination and/or mentorship within the P&PM team.
