Job summary

Aramco Overseas Company is seeking a Planning & Performance Analyst in Saudi Arabia to drive financial discipline and operational efficiency across Refining, Chemicals, NGLs, Midstream, and Power. You will partner with operational teams as a financial translator, using advanced analytics and benchmarking to identify gaps and design improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA and/or CMA/CFA/CPA preferred.
• 10+ years in planning or financial analysis; 5+ years in asset-intensive sectors.
• Strong BI and data modelling capabilities with IFRS experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical findings for budgeting, forecasting, and QBRs.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve performance and efficiency.
• Benchmark against sector standards and develop cost-saving initiatives.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Develop planning frameworks including scenarios and governance.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and robust internal controls.
• Mentor junior analysts within the PPM team.
• Partner with operational teams to align financial and strategic objectives.
