Job summary

Aramco seeks a Senior Downstream Planning & Performance Management Analyst to join the Downstream Finance, Planning & Performance Management Department. This role focuses on complex performance reports, external reporting requirements, and transfer pricing governance across value chains.

The successful candidate will partner with commercial, operations, tax, and strategy teams to translate financial and operational data into clear insights for management and investors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in big 4, large public accounting firm, listed entities or regulated environments.
• Strong financial planning, performance analysis, and reporting skills.
• Experience in Downstream or value‑chain-based businesses; understanding of transfer pricing concepts.
• Strong analytical capability with ability to communicate insights clearly; experience with investment appraisals or post‑transaction reviews.

Responsibilities

• External Reporting and Investor Relations: support external reporting for Downstream, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Liaise with finance and technical accounting teams to reflect performance in external disclosures.
• Provide analytical support for significant accounting estimates and judgments.
• Support transfer pricing documentation and internal governance.
• Analyze margins, profitability, and value flows; collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
