Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Holding seeks an Interior Designer to provide design services from concept to occupancy, ensuring budgets, timelines, and client expectations are met. The role covers material selection, plan preparation, and vendor coordination to deliver comprehensive interiors.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Illustrator, plus strong communication and presentation skills to cultivate client relationships and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in interior design or related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or similar design programs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project.
• Prepare final plans, using computer applications.
• Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements.
• Responsible for cultivating and marketing to new clients and maintaining existing client relationships.
• Ensure awareness and understanding of product range knowledge, sharing the information with customers to encourage sales.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales goals, while enhancing and developing the business.
• Set costs and project fees according to budget.
• Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
