Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; proficient with sourcing tools and social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and provide staffing solutions.
• Create compelling job descriptions and advertise openings across channels to attract qualified candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate timely decisions and offers.
