Overview

Shangri-La Jeddah is anchored on the new Jeddah Waterfront along the shores of the Red Sea. Job Summary

To be responsible for the delivery of services to guests within Front Office areas in a friendly and courteous manner. Perform duties efficiently, courteously, and professionally, maintaining a high standard of service and hospitality. Provide guest services, manage the setup of daily reservations, and check-in and check-out guests.

Responsibilities
  • Have knowledge of the operational systems at Front Office.
  • Have knowledge of Shangri-La’s standard operating policies and procedures.
  • Be well versed with the daily arrival and the type of arrival guests (e.g., Return guest, Shangri-La Circle, VIP).
  • Ensure all amenities are in the room prior to guest arrival.
  • Assist in solving guest problems and concerns, and strive to exceed guest expectations.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding hotel facilities and room features.
  • Provide courteous service and respond promptly to guest requests and complaints.
  • Process all guest registrations promptly and efficiently.
  • Stay up to date on room rates and package discounts in coordination with other concerned departments.
What We Are Looking For

  • Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
