A luxury hotel located in Jeddah seeks a Front Office team member responsible for providing exceptional service to guests. You will efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs, respond to guest inquiries, and ensure a pleasant stay. Candidates with at least 1 year of hotel experience, fluent in English, and a friendly attitude are encouraged to apply. To be responsible for the delivery of services to guests within Front Office areas in a friendly and courteous manner. Perform duties efficiently, courteously, and professionally, maintaining a high standard of service and hospitality. Provide guest services, manage the setup of daily reservations, and check-in and check-out guests.
