Job summary

Rotana Hotels is seeking dynamic Front Office professionals to advance their careers as Guest Service Agents. You will provide professional, customer-focused service, welcome guests, check-in/out, and coordinate with various departments to ensure a memorable stay.

Excellent written and verbal English is essential; knowledge of an additional language and Opera experience are advantageous. The role is based in Jeddah and involves working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in hospitality is required or preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service.
• Give a warm welcome and check in guests following SOPs.
• Check out departing guests per standards.
• Sell rooms to walk-in guests and handle day-to-day facilities issues.
• Manage cash inventory and foreign currency transactions per policy.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Finance and Reservations.
• Ensure Guest Service Desk is staffed and ready for guests.
• Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Understand hotel policies and facilities.
