Job summary

Clarios in Riyadh is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for the META region. You will partner with regional leadership to translate strategy into actionable financial plans and insights during a critical growth phase.

You will own monthly reporting, build robust financial models, and drive governance, with SAP, OneStream and Power BI as core tools. A multinational manufacturing background and fluent English are highly valued.

Qualifications

5+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis, Controlling, or related finance function.
Experience in multinational, manufacturing, industrial, or automotive environment preferred.
Exposure to regional start-ups, business integration projects, or greenfield operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for the META region.
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate performance, opportunities, and growth.
Consolidate regional results, identify drivers, risks, and improvements.
Partner with regional leadership, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain.
Provide financial evaluation for initiatives, pricing actions, and investments.
Support regional operating model design, cost centers, and financial alignment.
Own monthly management reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
Drive reporting system usage (SAP, OneStream) and improve data quality.
Assist governance with policies, controls, and audit readiness.
Travel up to 25% regionally.
