Job summary

Alan SA. is seeking the first-ever Sales hire in Saudi Arabia to build Alan's commercial practice from the ground up. You will own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to discovery, demos, offer building, and closing.

You will educate prospects, drive deals, and onboard key stakeholders, shaping the local presence and market strategy while aligning with our global playbooks and standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience within tech or SaaS space.
• Ability to prospect, close, and build new accounts.
• Highly autonomous—thrives in ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
• Native or fluent Arabic with strong English written/verbal skills.
• Analytical, organized and rigorous in pipeline management.
• Empathy and customer-first mindset; not driven solely by commissions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to discovery, demos, offers, and closing.
• Educate prospects with inspiring product demos and onboard key stakeholders.
• Drive deals and close strategic opportunities; sometimes manage customer relationships for onboarding.
• Apply Alan Smart & Soft selling method to create a superior prospect experience.
• Shape the sales function in KSA, build local presence, and feed market insights back to product/strategy.
• Contribute to Alan globally by sharing learnings and aligning with existing playbooks.
