In this founding phase, you will build teams, propositions, culture, and client relationships from the ground up, backed by Thoughtworks' global depth in product, design, engineering, data, and AI.

As a trusted advisor to senior client leadership, you will lead lean AI-first pods for clients and activate business growth through consultative pre-sales and account expansion in high-growth

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product leadership launching digital products at scale.
• Experience leading cross-functional pods across product, design and engineering.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into market-ready products.
• Proven track record with AI-enabled product initiatives.
• Comfort working with C-suite and founders to shape opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with C-suite and founder-level stakeholders to navigate rapid, high-stakes builds.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle and AI-first delivery across multidisciplinary pods.
• Define market landscape, go-to-market strategy, and business cases for client opportunities.
• Drive growth through client engagements, proposals, and executive pitches.
• Scale local capabilities and author POVs, adapting global expertise to the region.
