Job summary

Thoughtworks seeks a Tech Principal anchored in Riyadh to lead technical strategy and execution on lighthouse projects within CXPD. You will guide architecture, AI-driven product development, and executive collaboration across global teams, delivering rapid concept-to-live product iterations and shaping the future of AI-first engagements.

Responsibilities

• Shaping the bet by running concept sprints with client executives, product managers and designers.
• Winning the work by shaping technical narratives and owning technical scope in proposals.
• Proving it through prototyping with AI components and evaluative datasets.
• Landing it by establishing long-term architecture and delivery systems.
• Advising stakeholders and shaping new opportunities with client partners.
