Join Thoughtworks at the beginning of our next chapter in the Middle East. KSA and the UAE are strategic growth markets for us, fueled by ambitious national agendas around AI, digital government, data, and economic transformation, such as Vision 2030. We are looking for an experienced Product Leader to join our fast-growing local team in Riyadh.

This isn't about joining a large, established operation; this is a chance to shape something from the beginning. In this founding phase, you will have the genuine opportunity to help build our teams, propositions, culture, and client relationships from an early stage, all backed by Thoughtworks' global depth in product, design, engineering, data, and AI.

As a trusted advisor to senior client leadership, you will partner with ambitious executives and entrepreneurial founders to convert bold visions into market-ready, production-grade products and experiences at pace. Operating at the intersection of business strategy, human-centered design, and emerging technology, you will lead fast-paced, multidisciplinary lean AI-first pods for clients and activate business growth through consultative pre-sales and account expansion in high-growth markets. You will champion the333 methodology, our rapid delivery framework to accelerate product concepting, validation, and build cycles.

Job responsibilities

• Partner directly with C-suite and founder-level stakeholders to navigate high-stakes, rapid builds. Manage complex expectations, align diverse workstreams, and frame technical trade-offs around tangible business outcomes.
• Drive a relentless innovation mindset across the full product lifecycle. Move ambitious ideas past the "pilot trap" into production systems that deliver tangible business ROI - rigorously balancing user Desirability, technical Feasibility, and economic Viability.
• Establish the market and competitive landscape, go-to-market strategy, and business case or economic model for unprecedented client opportunities.
• Lead modern product development practices within autonomous, cross-functional pods (Product, Design, Engineering), integrating AI across the entire product lifecycle - from accelerated discovery and research to AI-first delivery.
• Provide hands-on leadership within lean pods to drive multidisciplinary teams towards high-impact outcomes.
• Lead large, complex programmes across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups, owning strategy, roadmap, scope, and outcomes end to end.
• Lead growth initiatives by shaping client engagements, authoring high-impact proposals, delivering executive pitches, and running strategic discovery workshops that establish a trusted advisory footprint.
• Own and contribute to account growth targets, identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships into new engagements and revenue streams in this strategic growth market.
• Play a foundational role in scaling local organisational capabilities, fostering an inclusive culture, and authoring case studies, points of view (POVs), and repeatable frameworks that adapt global tech expertise to regional market needs.

Technical skills

• 8+ years of product leadership driving new product launches, commercialisation, and production-scale growth of digital products and platforms, including building and leading high-performing, multidisciplinary product organisations.
• End-to-end expertise launching net-new products to market - navigating discovery, framing value propositions, leading rapid cross-functional pods, driving go-to-market strategies, and establishing monetisation models to achieve product-market fit before scaling.
• Depth in conducting research and leveraging market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to facilitate strategic ideation and identify opportunities for growth.
• Expertise in developing value propositions for digital and AI products, using lean, innovative approaches to test viability, feasibility, and desirability.
• Deep commercial acumen spanning pre-sales, engagement structuring, unit economics, monetisation strategies, and organic account expansion - connecting technological innovation directly to ROI and business value.
• Proven ability to operate at company, portfolio, and product levels - defining and executing strategy, shaping a vision, and translating it into a roadmap with clear, value-based measures of success.
• Ability to advise clients on becoming a value-driven, customer-centric product organisation and drive change by introducing best practices in product management, value delivery, and measurement.
• Fluency in leveraging AI tools and platforms to transform the end-to-end product development lifecycle - accelerating market research, user discovery, prototyping, spec generation, automated testing, and performance analytics.

Professional skills

• Skilled at operating and building relationships with C-suite executives, with the confidence to drive conversations at the intersection of technology, product, business, and transformation.
• Experience with consultative selling and senior client leadership - diagnosing client needs, co-creating solutions, and building trusted-advisor relationships that convert into long-term engagements rather than transactional sales.
• Exceptional storytelling, negotiation, and workshop facilitation skills, with a proven track record of guiding demanding executive stakeholders and entrepreneurial clients through rapid, ambiguous builds.
• Passionate about being a visible external voice for the practice - speaking at conferences and contributing to industry panels or publications to build our brand presence in the Middle East.
• A builder mindset with a strong inclination to work collaboratively alongside multidisciplinary teams, leading by example.
• A curious, open mindset that challenges established ways of working, energised by helping build a new Thoughtworks business from an early stage and reimagining the product development lifecycle for a faster-paced, AI-enabled era.
