Job summary

Trendyol in Riyadh invites a commercially driven FMCG & Cosmetics Manager to join our Core Commerce team. You will manage and grow strategic partners across FMCG, Beauty and Cosmetics, building strong commercial relationships and identifying new opportunities to strengthen Trendyol’s marketplace presence in KSA.

Collaborate with Category, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Legal to execute joint plans, negotiate terms, and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Cosmetics or e-commerce, ideally in the Saudi market.
• Proven track record in managing large or strategic partners and complex negotiations.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage and onboard high-potential sellers and partners aligned with marketplace priorities.
• Own account performance and identify opportunities to drive growth, assortment expansion and commercial results.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key partners and lead commercial negotiations.
• Identify assortment and selection gaps and develop opportunities based on market and competitor insights.
• Develop and execute joint commercial and marketing plans with partners.
• Collaborate closely with Category, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal and other internal teams to resolve challenges and support sustainable partner growth.

• Experience managing large or strategic partners and complex commercial negotiations.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
• Commercial mindset with strong project management and multitasking capabilities.
• Good understanding of the Saudi retail and e-commerce landscape.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
