Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Transport & Service Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and optimize vehicle movement within the automotive yard, ensuring safety, compliance, and high service levels.

You will maximize SAP for transport planning, monitor fleet utilization and costs, supervise staff, and generate monthly reports; a degree and 2 years' transport/warehousing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years experience in transport planning or warehousing.
• Proficient in MS Office for reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and optimize vehicle movement within the yard.
• Maximize SAP usage in transport planning and ensure system integrity.
• Monitor fleet utilization, costs, and assign vehicles by priority.
• Work with QA to reduce accidents and damage in the chain.
• Prepare monthly reports (Trip/Offload/Overtime/Payroll).
• Provide toolbox training to HV drivers to maintain safety.
• Submit billing statements timely to Transport Manager.
• Track customer lead times and KPIs; meet or exceed SLA.
• Achieve monthly KPIs and drive continuous improvements.
