Ninja ?? نينجا is seeking a proactive Fleet Supervisor to oversee daily fleet operations, ensuring maximum vehicle availability, safety, compliance and cost efficiency.

The role involves managing vehicle allocation, driver performance, and operational reporting in a fast-paced logistics environment. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in fleet operations and a minimum of 2 years in supervision, with strong Excel and reporting skills to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a logistics or business field is required.
• 3–5 years in Fleet Operations, Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience and fleet management exposure.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily fleet operations for availability and efficiency.
• Allocate vehicles and assign drivers per delivery needs.
• Monitor utilization, reduce downtime, and optimize costs.
• Coordinate maintenance with workshops and service providers.
• Ensure registrations, insurance, inspections, and regulatory docs are up to date.
• Track fuel use and costs; support cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee driver performance, attendance and safety procedures.
• Support onboarding, training, and performance improvement.
• Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Procurement, Finance and vendors.
• Maintain fleet records and generate performance reports.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and service levels.
• Support fleet expansion, optimization and continuous improvement.
