Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products is seeking a Finance Operations professional for its Saudi Arabia/Jeddah base. The role encompasses commercial management, order handling, invoicing, and receivables, alongside leading warehouse and finance teams.

The position requires 5–8 years in finance/controlling within a product-focused business, with strong stakeholder skills and SAP proficiency. International collaboration and compliance duties are involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration/Finance.
• 5–8 years of experience in controlling or finance in a product-based business.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders in an international environment with diversity.
• Basic understanding of legal matters and concepts.
• Strong people skills and ability to cross-functionally collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage orders according to accounting principles and financial reporting guidelines.
• Lead order management and warehouse teams for processing and execution of orders with complete documentation and invoicing.
• Prepare sales invoices with backups and collect receivables from customers.
• Manage month-end close activities, cost accruals/provisions and ensure revenue/profit recognition.
• Support forecasting and monthly/quarterly reporting for Order Intake, Net Sales, Gross Margin.
• Support audits as required and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
