Job summary

Front End is seeking a Finance Operations Specialist to oversee day-to-day accounts payable, payments and finance administration in Saudi Arabia, ensuring timely and accurate processing in line with local regulations.

You will work with the Financial Controller, manage supplier onboarding, VAT/ZATCA compliance and month-end close, while upholding strong controls and audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2–5 years in accounts payable or finance operations in engineering, energy, industrial or asset-heavy business in Saudi Arabia.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite is strongly preferred; other ERP systems welcome.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Saudi VAT and ZATCA e-invoicing requirements.
• Bilingual Arabic and English.
• Progress toward a professional qualification (SOCPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent) is a plus and supported by the company.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable, code invoices (GL account, cost centre, project/WBS) and ensure timely posting.
• Perform three-way matching and resolve price, quantity and tax discrepancies.
• Validate ZATCA e-invoicing compliance before posting invoices.
• Prepare and review payments, including local and international multi-currency runs; support WPS payroll payments.
• Maintain vendor master data and onboard suppliers with required documentation.
• Support month-end close, accrual schedules and ad-hoc reporting.
