Job summary

GRG in Saudi Arabia seeks a Finance Director to lead finance and administration across the country. The role focuses on strong financial controls, reporting, treasury, tax, and legal entity governance, reporting to senior country and regional leaders.

You will guide strategic finance decisions, drive operational efficiency, and partner with external auditors, banks, tax advisors and government authorities to shape the financial direction of the Saudi operation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in senior roles with increasing responsibility.
• Experience in a complex FMCG multinational.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting, IFRS, taxation, treasury and legal entity finance.

Position Overview

Are you an experienced finance leader looking for a broad country eadership role within a complex multinational environment

Our client is seeking a Finance Director to take ownership of its finance and administrative functions across Saudi Arabia.

Leading a team of approximately 10, this is a highly visible role which requires a direct and hands on focus across financial reporting, treasury, tax and legal entity governance. Working closely with senior country and regional leadership, you will play a critical role in safeguarding strong financial controls while acting as a strategic partner to the wider business

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years in senior roles with progressively increasing responsibility
• Strong experience operating within a complex FMCG globally operating multinational organisation
• In-depth knowledge across accounting, IFRS, taxation, treasury and legal entity financial management.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi economic, regulatory and business environment, combined with excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
