Future Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Finance Manager to steer financial strategy and governance across industrial operations. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance, ensuring robust controls and timely decision support for senior management.

The role calls for 8+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in the industrial sector, strong analytical skills, and a track record of building high-performing teams. Fluency in English is needed; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional certification preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial management in the industrial sector.
• Knowledge of Saudi tax laws, compliance, and reporting standards.
• Strong financial analysis, risk management, and operational efficiency.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage diverse teams.
• Proficiency in ERP and financial systems; strong MS Office skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, in alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on key financial metrics to ensure compliance and enable effective decision-making by senior management.
• Develop strategies for cost optimisation and resource allocation to support business growth and profitability.
• Ensure accurate financial records in accordance with local regulations and international accounting standards.
• Oversee cash flow management and liquidity planning to secure company operations.
• Manage the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team to deliver exceptional results.
